Selection of implementing entity for pilot project for stockpiling of critical raw materials

This call for interest is to gather expressions of interest from entities capable of supporting the design, set-up, procurement, storage, management, release and operational testing of a pilot stockpiling mechanism for critical raw materials. The purpose of this call is to determine the entity that will be designated to carry out the stockpiling pilot project.
