The purpose of this study is to assist the European Commission in assessing the transposition and implementation by EU countries of Directive (EU) 2015/2436 to approximate the laws of the Member States relating to trade marks.
The deadline for submission of tenders is 17 April 2019 at 16.00 Brussels time.
