- Directorate-General for Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs
This tender is to provide the European Commission with the basis for a detailed legal mapping of national regulatory restrictions in a number of services sectors.
The objective is to obtain an overview of remaining obstacles to the Single Market, as well as understand how these restrictions have evolved over time.
This will allow the Commission to update its assessment on the impact of the implementation of the Services Directive (Directive 2006/123/EC).
Specifically, the purpose of the tender is to obtain detailed data on specific restrictions in the specific services sectors at specifically defined points in time in a specific format (Microsoft Excel-compatible spreadsheet file accompanied by text files).
The tender must comply with applicable environmental, social and labour law obligations established by EU law, national legislation, collective agreements or the international environmental, social and labour conventions listed in Annex X to Directive 2014/24/EU.
