The ASEAN IPR SME Helpdesk and the Belgium Luxembourg Business Group: “Intellectual Property Right in ASEAN”

Three expert speakers, including Mr. Nick Redfearn from the ASEAN IPR SME Helpdesk, will speak about important IP issues facing EU companies in Southeast Asia. The presentation will provide an overview of the IP landscape in ASEAN, highlighting the IP do’s and dont’s for SMEs, then touch upon practical tips, issues and watch-outs relating to enforcement strategies, as well as ways to increase your chances of a successful enforcement. Additionally, case studies will provide the audience with practical examples faced by European companies in this region.
