Description

The franchise agreement itself will allow franchisees to use the IP (trade marks, so called trade dress, trade and production secrets copyrights, designs, goodwill and the like) of franchisors. This seminar organised by the ASEAN IPR SME Helpdesk and local partners in Thailand will look into the issue of franchising in South East Asia, and explain how to mitigate the risks through appropriate IP management.
