The China IPR SME Helpdesk and EnterCHINA: Enter the Chinese Market: the Fashion Industry

However, IPR protection is vital for businesses involved in the fashion industry, mainly because fashion clothing and apparel products can be copied relatively easily. In this context, EnterCHINA is organising a roadshow on entering the Chinese fashion market, where China IPR SME Helpdesk expert, Bertram Huber, will deliver a presentation on IPR protection in the country. It will guide participants through the protection measures available and help them to understand the options and countermeasures at hand when IP infringement occurs.
