China IPR SME Helpdesk in-house Expert Valentina Salmoiraghi will address IP problems that foreign companies are facing in China and related experiences, in order to provide future legal professionals with the tools they need to aid European SMEs seeking to enter, or dealing with China. The lecture will stress the actual experiences of companies that have sought help from the helpdesk, and outline the differences between the Chinese and European IPR systems.
