The China IPR SME Helpdesk: “Introduction to IPR Protection Strategies in China”

The goal of this training is to raise awareness of the importance of IP protection while dealing with partners in the China. The seminar will be presented by Helpdesk expert Giovanni Casucci, an IP litigator whose career has focused on IP relations between Europe and China. He will present on the basic IP considerations relevant to SMEs planning to access the Chinese market, including the various protection and enforcement options available and the main differences between China and Europe in terms of IPR systems.
