Description

However, there is a risk, in that disclosing your innovations to the public leaves you exposed to third parties copying and infringing on your IP. It is in this context that the China IPR SME Helpdesk has teamed up with Invest in Skane to help Swedish SMEs prepare for their trade visit to Hong Kong in December. The presentation will highlight measures Swedish SMEs should take regarding protection and enforcement before and during trade fairs in Hong Kong. Primarily the focus will be on the IP issues most relevant to Swedish SMEs, including dealing with local partners, due diligence, and preparing for a trade fair. This is a closed event.
