Workshop on the establishment of retail outlets – 3 December 2014

In the context of the discussion ('peer review') of the national regulatory frameworks applicable to retail establishment and of the identification of best practices, the European Commission hosted a workshop on 3 December 2014. The workshop brought together stakeholders and national authorities.

The purpose was to present and discuss the provisional findings of the legal study on retail establishment and to open a direct dialogue between all parties concerned.
