ASEAN IPR SME Helpdesk E-Learning Module: Intellectual Property Rights in Southeast Asia

This new e-learning module (ELM) from the ASEAN IPR SME Helpdesk provides users with an interactive and concise overview of IPR in Southeast Asia. Each ASEAN member state is covered, with explanations of the different legal frameworks. For example, the ELM shows the user which ASEAN member states it is possible to record IP at customs in. It also contains useful information on enforcing IP rights through the different legal routes, including administrative actions, civil litigation, and criminal sanctions. Additionally, once a user has taken the main ELM presentation, they are able to test themselves on what they have learned with an informative quiz.
