E-Learning Module: Enforcement of IPR in China (China IPR SME Helpdesk)

A specific IP type is chosen and then one of four enforcement actions (civil litigation, administrative action, criminal sanctions, and customs) can be selected, to learn about the steps to take and possible outcomes of the IP type-enforcement action combination. The ELM also includes a quiz to test users’ knowledge of the topic via several business scenario questions.
