The European assessment documents (EAD) shall be drawn up and adopted by the organisation of TABs (EOTA) following a request for an European technical assessment when conditions of art.19 (1) are met.

Since 1 December 2018 the references of harmonised standards are published in, and withdrawn from the Official Journal of the European Union by means of 'Commission implementing decisions'.

The references published under Regulation (EU) No 305/2011 on Construction Products are found in the Commission communication published in OJ C 092 of 9 March 2018 and in Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2019/451 of 19 March 2019 (OJ L 77, 20 March 2019) listed below.
