Directive 2009/142/EC, repealed
Harmonised standards the references to which have been published under Directive 2009/142/EC in OJ C 118 of 4 April 2018, continued to confer a presumption of conformity only with that Directive only until 20 April 2018. Such presumption of conformity under Directive 2009/142/EC ceased as from 21 April 2018.
