Meet the YSC 2024 Jury Members: Introducing Cristina Fernandez

With the Youth Startup Competition (YSC) finale at the SME Assembly approaching, it’s time to announce the jury selection who will be reviewing the game-changing start-up ideas from young people across Europe.

Ahead of the finale of the Youth Start-up Competition during the SME Assembly 2024 in Budapest, Hungary (18-20 November), it’s time to announce the jury selection who will be reviewing the game-changing start-up ideas from young people across Europe.

Cristina Fernandez will join the distinguished jurors in judging this year’s competition. As Director for Knowledge and Programming at the Global Enterprise Network (GEN), Cristina’s expertise and background places her as an ideal candidate to identify original and creative entrepreneurial ideas with the potential to be massively successful.

Are you aged between 18 and 25, from an EU or COSME country, and have an innovative start-up concept that tackles urgent issues, including sustainability, social inclusion, or social innovation, and embodies EU values? Sign up for the 2024 YSC! 
The three shortlisted candidates will be invited to present their ideas at the SME Assembly 2024 in Budapest, Hungary (18-20 November), and the winner will be invited to the 2025 European Innovation Council (EIC) summit.
