Following the release of new generic Top-Level Domain names (gTLDs) in recent weeks, the China IPR SME Helpdesk has updated its guide to protection of online IPR in China to include the latest legal developments concerning online IP. Addressing significant current topics such as ‘cybersquatting’ and ‘slamming’, the guide provides feasible, practical advice for European SMEs protect their business in the online marketplace.
