Description
China is one of the few countries that examine exported goods as well as imported goods, and can thus help you to protect your IP. China customs has the authority to confiscate infringing goods, impose fines on infringers and arrange for criminal proceedings on behalf of foreign companies. The China IPR SME Helpdesk invites you to an afternoon workshop on 6 July in Shanghai, which will give you an informed insight in the benefits of registering your IP with customs in China and practical measures that can be taken to enforce proceedings against infringers.
