Programming, monitoring and evaluation

The Commission has a legal obligation to monitor the implementation of the COSME programme, to report annually and to disseminate the results of this monitoring.

In 2024 the Commission performed the final evaluation of the COSME programme. The objective was to report on the long-term impact and sustainability of the effects of the measures. We will take the results of this evaluation into account when shaping future policy actions for SMEs.
