Are you ready to meet the brightest young minds in entrepreneurship? The European Commission is thrilled to announce the finalists of the Youth Start-Up Competition (YSC) 2023. Coat-ing - Pauline Bellec (24) - France

Pauline Bellec YSC finalist 1x1

Coat-ing, spearheaded by Pauline Bellec, offers an Exterior Thermal Insulation (ETI) process that is set to transform heating and air-conditioning needs. By using a micro-perforated fabric on facades and filling the gap with loose expanded cork, they achieve a process that is both economical and eco-friendly. The combination of these existing materials results in a lightweight solution that can adapt to even the most complex facades, aiming for a neutral carbon footprint. Sustainability and energy efficiency are at the core of this innovative project.

A game-changer for the food industry and sustainability.
